All details are included in the details document above, but a few reminders:
-The venue is the Train Depot.
-Except for sponsors or unless otherwise arranged, tables/chairs/dividers/backdrops are not provided.
–Friday night is optional but recommended! It will be a quick 2-hour “Expo at Night” event. If you are outdoors you have to take down after, so simple setup for outdoor exhibitors for Friday is encouraged!
-Admission is free to the Expo! No tickets required for Friday or Saturday.

The Expo is Friday, March 1, 5:30-7:30PM and Saturday, 10am-3pm at the Train Depot in Downtown Hattiesburg, 308 Newman St.

Free admission both days!

I highly recommend all exhibitors get a photo at the photo booth in the Grand Hall, in front of the Card My Yard sign out front, and get your headshots updated! Plus if time allows, visit other exhibitors!

We also encourage each woman to stop by the 5×2 Booth in the Grand Hall to Tell Your Story/Tell HERstory! Either writing it down on a post-it for our Tell HERstory wall or in video form.

Our photographers (Amanda Kyrie and Courtney Shows) will also be going around taking photos of each booth. We will also have 5×2 Marketing (Penny Ross and Jessica Carter) sharing social media posts on the Expo Facebook and Instagram pages, so share and comment!
